During the production process, we sample blocks every 2 hours for testing to ensure that the performance indicators of the produced boards are qualified.

Among them, packaging density testing, moisture content, thickness deviation, internal adhesive strength, static bending strength, elastic modulus, 24-hour water absorption thickness expansion rate, etc.

And promptly provide feedback to the production control department.
