The continuous flat press is the core equipment in the continuous flat press production line of artificial board. Whether it runs stably directly affects the start-up rate, output, product quality and cost of the production line.
The continuous press has gradually become the mainstream equipment for artificial board production due to its high production efficiency, high product quality and continuous production. The inlet section of the continuous press (referring to the high-pressure action area at the front end of the continuous press, where the artificial board slab just enters the continuous press and is quickly compressed) is the most critical part of the press, which plays a vital role in improving the quality and production efficiency of artificial board products.
Hubei Huasheng uses German Dieffenbacher 8.5 continuous flat press. The continuous flat press is the most advanced wood-based panel hot press. Its production process is completely different from that of the multi-layer press. The continuous flat press technology is more advanced, more stable in terms of environmental protection and product quality, and most importantly, it has low raw material and energy consumption.
Dieffenbacher is a world-renowned manufacturer of mechanical equipment, and continuous press is one of its main products in the field of wood-based panel equipment. Dieffenbacher's CPS continuous press has distinct characteristics. Because the press adopts a relatively special cylinder arrangement and frame structure, the length of the CPS continuous press is the shortest under the same width and output. The CPS continuous press produced by Dieffenbacher adopts a unique two-stage wedge-shaped feeding hot press plate. Since the wedge-shaped opening profile is formed by the deflection of the two hot press plates when pressing the slab, the hot press plate does not bend and deform, thereby reducing the stress on the hot press plate, and the adjustment of the profile shape of the inlet section is more flexible than that of the curved hot press plate.
During manufacturing and processing, the flatness of the hot press plate and the parallelism of the upper and lower surfaces should be ensured to be sufficient. The flatness tolerance of the hot press plate should be within the range of 0.1-0.18mm, the parallelism tolerance should be within the range of 0.15-027mm, and the surface roughness of the press plate should be 3.2μm. The temperature difference in the entire width of the hot press plate should not exceed 2-3℃. If the temperature difference is too large, the moisture content will be uneven, the product will be easy to warp, and the strength and appearance quality of the product will be affected.
The continuous press production line launched by Dieffenbacher Company adds a steam spray preheating section before the continuous press hot pressing step. To a certain extent, it solves the problem that the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the slab is too large due to the uneven heat transfer rate of OSB large particles when the continuous flat pressing technology is used to produce oriented structural boards, which in turn affects the quality of oriented structural boards.
